Mules Sweep Scotty Wood

"Our Game Our House Our Court Your Loss" was the slogan for the 2008 Scotty Wood Tournament, perhaps next year the slogan should include "Our Tournament" as well. For the fourth time, and the first since 2005, the Muhlenberg Men and Women's Basketball Teams both won the Scotty Wood championships.

DeLuca and Floyd named Academic All-Americans

Senior running back John DeLuca and junior defensive end Jake Floyd were named to the ESPN Academic All-American second team by the College Sports Information Directors of America. To be eligible for the prestigious team, an athlete must play a key role for a team and maintain a grade point average of 3.

A disappointing tournament loss wraps up a respectable season

After making it through the regular season with nine wins and just one loss, the gridiron Mules came away with a Centennial Conference Championship and a bid to the NCAA Tournament. Head Coach Mike Donnelly's squad was matched up with the Wesley College Wolverine in the first round.
