On Tues. Feb. 23, the Civic Theatre of Allentown hosted a reception for students and teachers who are associated with the Allentown School District's Young Artist Exhibition, which is currently at Civic's Theatre514. For more than 80 years, the Civic Theatre of Allentown has been a non-for-profit community arts center which provides Lehigh Valley audiences with superior yet affordable theatrical performances along with providing technical and creative opportunities for local artists.
Muhelnberg graduate Jessica C. Warchal-King, now finishing her Master's Degree in Performance and Choreography at Temple University, is producing a thesis concert as part of the MFA Thesis Concert which questions the role and lack of morality and ethics in our society through modern dance.

Now, in this age of computers (and sissies), it's our virtual avatars that are taking the blow, more literally than one would expect. No longer are six cylinder revolvers needed to make light of the bleak Siberian wilderness, now all you need is a webcam, a mic, and an increasing lack of decency (if you want to keep up, that is).
