We know that you have been working hard these six long weeks, and that you need a break. Trust us, we do too. So, for everyone's convenience we compiled a checklist of essentials to remember.

So, whether you're going to Cabo, Acapulco, or just down the street, here is a trusty checklist for this year's Spring Break:

We know you've been hitting the gym extra hard, trying to obtain that perfect swimsuit body. But don't worry if you haven't lost that extra five or ten pounds, regret will only bring down your Spring Break fun. No one but you will notice that extra weight, and most likely there is no extra weight, everyone else is just anorexic.

Plus, everyone will be too drunk to notice a roll or two anyway. The only six pack they care about is beer.

Pack condoms. We're not implying that you're going to have sex with strangers; we're just going along with what MTV Spring Break has taught us since we were nine.

Plus, you don't want to be stuck in a foreign country where you can't read the label and end up buying a box of Wet Naps instead of Trojans.

We don't care how many kamikazes you've had, don't flash your boobs. It's tacky.

Know the names of the people you make out with in the bar. Or, at the very least, be prepared to be consistent with fake names when telling your friends about your hook ups. This way, you'll seem slightly less slutty.

Of course, if you're trying to reverse that double standard where girls can't be players, then the less names you know the better.

Boys, the drunker you get, the uglier the girl will turn out to be when you wake up the next morning. Try to keep the beer goggles to a light fog for better memories in the morning, if you want memories that is.

Body shots, though a Spring Break essential, are sticky…maybe you actually do need the Wet Naps, you should pick some up along with those condoms.

Stock up on food and alcohol as soon as you get to your destination. You know by day two all your money will be blown at the bars.
