BOOM goes to Philadelphia

Members of the 'Berg Organization of Musicians (BOOM) traveled Friday to attend a concert by the Philadelphia Orchestra, in the Kimmel Center for the Performing Arts' Verizon Hall. Members received discount tickets through BOOM for the concert, which featured Beethoven's Symphony No. 8 and Wagner's opera Die Meistersinger von N?rnberg. In the past, BOOM has traveled to music events at the Metropolitan Opera in New York, Peabody Music Academy in Baltimore, and numerous concerts in Lehigh Valley.
