There was an impressive turnout for the 2008 Foreign-Language Holiday Party. Over 200 students attended the event on a night dominated by sports meetings, academic club elections, and studying for finals. The Martin Luther Underground was decorated with posters in several foreign languages, tables covered in cultural foods, and students singing holiday songs in their respective languages of study. The organizers, Prof. Amelia Moreno, Prof. Pamela Stilin, and Prof. Santa Zanchettin were proud of the turnout saying that it was a "success." Happy Holidays! Felices Fiestas! Joyeuses Fetes! Frohes Fest! Schastlivyh Prazdnikov! Chag Sameach! Buone Feste! Feriae Felices!
